Twanda C. Wesley

Twanda C. Wesley is the Senior Property Manager at Columbia Residential in Atlanta where she maintains the physical appearance of two properties and provides the maximum level of service to residents, promoting of good resident relations, reducing of excessive operating costs, and minimizing bad debt.

She began her career in 2005 as an assistant manager at the Habitat Company in Atlanta, managing the 240 Highrise and has since held property management positions at Peabody Properties South and Mercy Housing in Georgia as well as Rockford Housing Authority in Rockford, Ill.

Twanda has a passion for property management that drives her to deliver high-quality work. She enjoys interacting with residents, prospects, vendors, colleagues, customers and staff. Treating all equally with respect, providing results and leading by example is her model.
